Russia-Azerbaijan Intergovernmental Commission to adds extra issues to agenda

April 24, Russia - Azerbaijan Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation will meet in Moscow to discuss a number of issues, Yuri Shedrin, Head of Russia's Trade Office in Azerbaijan, told.

He said issues on cooperation projects with Russian KamAZ, RusAL and Russkiye Avtobusy companies, improvement of the legal and normative framework, mutual promotion and protection of investments and removal of double taxation have been added into the agenda, APA reports.

The meeting will also discuss establishment of Education Center for making innovation technologies in Baku and cooperation between Russia's Transtelecom and Azerbaijan's Transport Ministry, Communications and Information Technologies Ministry, as well as participation of SOCAR and Azeri Economic Development Ministry in several projects in Russia and participation of Kurgan Oblast’s "Region" Industrialist and Entrepreneurs Union in some projects in Azerbaijan.
