Court recognizes Bakuelektrikshebeke as affected party

Preliminary court proceeding on case of president of Barmek-Azerbaijan Electricity Distribution LLC Huseyn Arabul and seven more company officials, who are accused of abuse of power, embezzlement and negligence of court judgements, continued in the second half of the day.

Judge said public prosecutor Abdulla Yusifov's petition for recognising Bakuelektrikshebeke (Baku electricity network) as affected party was satisfied.

Legal court proceeding will continue on April 18, APA reports.
