Proposals on toughening responsibility for tax crimes to Milli Majlis

The Ministry of Finance and Prosecutor's Office proposed Milli Majlis to make responsibility tough for tax crimes.

The Ministry of Taxes told APA that new proposals ask amendment to articles 192 and 213 in Criminal Code - legal responsibility for illegal business activity arises from 5 to 7 years in Article 192 and for tax abuses from 3 to 7 years in Article 213.
