Azerbaijan reports surge in real estate extracts issued in 2023

In January-September of this year, 269,702 property rights on real estate were registered and provided with an extract, according to the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy, Azernews reports.

Of this total, 44,462 (16.5%) were primary registrations, while 225,240 (83.5%) were re-registrations.

During the reporting period, 45,422 private houses and country houses were sold, along with 62,167 apartments, 152,594 plots of land, 2,534 non-residential buildings, 6,350 additional non-residential buildings, 597 property complexes, and 597 multi-storey residential buildings. Additionally, state registration was completed for 38 property rights. Of the registered property rights, 71,843 belong to Baku, with the remainder in the regions.

In nine months, 203,056 technical passports were issued, and 56,730 mortgage contracts were registered.
