Azerbaijan registers Ltd Silk Way Development

Ltd "Silk Way Development" has been registered in Azerbaijan, the country's Finance Ministry's official website reported on Friday. Silk Way Holding includes a number of agencies specializing in aviation, in particular in the sphere of passenger and freight traffic.

Head of Ltd. is Emin Alekberzade. The new enterprise's founder is Zaur Akhundov. Its authorized capital is 220,000 manat. Ltd. was registered on Dec.12, 2011. SW Holding was established on July 14, 2006. The holding comprises 23 companies, employing about 3,000 specialists.
