Azerbaijani CEC accredits 1220 international observers for presidential elections

CEC chairman Mazahir Panakhov said at a briefing held on October 13 that these observers are representing 59 different countries, as well as OSCE, CE and its parliamentary commission, EU, European parliament, OSCE parliamentary mission, ODIHR and other influential organizations. Over 47000 local observers have been registered so far. 2762 local observers were registered in the Central Electoral Commission and the rest in the district electoral commissions.
