Observer group from CIS Interparliamentary Assembly to take part in monitoring of presidential elections in Azerbaijan

A group of observers from the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly will take part in the monitoring of the presidential elections in Azerbaijan, reports Day.Az with reference to the press service for the Assembly.
It should be noted that a group of observers will take part in the monitoring by invitation of Azerbaijani parliament chairman Oqtay Asadov.

The group of observers includes 25 representatives of 7 parliaments of the CIS member-states.

The work of the group of observers is coordinated by deputy chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia Svetlana Orlova.
