Rino Harnish: "Statements of Armenia increase protests"

According to APA, that was said by the US Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Azerbaijan Rino Harnish.

The Ambassador said that USA, as a mediator in this conflict, encouraged presidents for negotiations: "We consider that the parties might achieve an agreement. The US government wants to see a progressive result achieved at a meeting to be held in Washington. The goal of the Washington meeting is holding discussions between co-chairs and determination of next steps to be taken".
