President Aliyev awards persons having merits in development of Azerbaijan-Vietnam ties

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has ordered to award Taraggi Medal to Nghiem Vu Khai for the services rendered to the development of friendship and cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

By another order, Ilham Aliyev awarded Taraggi Medal to Nguyen Vu Ha Le for the services rendered to the development of friendship and cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
