House of Representatives of U.S. West Virginia State passes resolution on Khojaly Massacre

House of Representatives of the US State of West Virginia has adopted a resolution on the 21st anniversary of Khojaly tragedy.

The resolution commemorates the victims of the crime perpetrated by the Armenian armed forces in Azerbaijan`s Khojaly town and also says that Khojaly tragedy was a part of the military aggression and ethnic cleansing carried out by Armenian military units in Azerbaijan's Nagorno-Karabakh region since 1988.

The legislative bodies of other states of the US as Mississippi, Maine, Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Tennessee, Pennsylvania had also passed the resolutions on Khojaly tragedy.
