Georgian State Minister for Reintegration Eka Tkeshelashvili stated that the Azerbaijanis, who do not the Georgian language, should not be isolated from the society.

The Georgian government is interested in the active protection of the ethnic minorities’ rights, Tkeshelashvili said at a roundtable titled "Integration of Azerbaijanis living in Georgia into the local community in the context of the Azerbaijani-Georgian strategic partnership" in Batumi on Monday.

The event is held as a part of the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the restoration of Azerbaijan's independence.
