Since September 5, Omsk oil refinery will have a new head. That day the refinery will become 55, which means that the tenure of its current general director Alexander Meling will expire.
According to subordinates, he is going to retire, rmx.ru reports.
Oleg Germanovich Belyavskiy was introduced as a future director general of the refinery. He worked for the refinery more than 10 years as a chief engineer.
Oleg Belyavskiy was born on 21 June 1961 in Baku. In 1981-1986, he studies at Azerbaijan Institute of Oil and Chemistry under specialization "Chemical technology of oil and gas refining".
In 1986-1993, he worked in Moscow (upon instruction) and other cities in launching petrochemical plants.
