Azerbaijani Diaspora in Russia`s Samara city opened the Heydar Aliyev Charitable Foundation and National-cultural autonomy of Azerbaijanis.
The main aim of the structures is to revive and keep national traditions as well as render financial assistance to the aged and disabled persons and children.
“All Azerbaijanis should joint efforts to keep independence of the country. The words of the national leader Heydar Aliyev – “Be worthy citizens of the country and don`t forget the historical land, language and traditions” became a motto of the new public organization”, said Rafik Gambarov, chief of national-cultural autonomy of Azerbaijanis.
