Moscow police officers detained an Azerbaijani citizen, suspected in assaulting a local resident in one of the city cafe's, according to RIA NOVOSTI. On thursday night, in a "24" cafe, on Udaltsov str., a 34 year old Azerbaijani citizen attacked a 36 year old local resident.

Reportedly, the victim got shot twice from a TT gun. Later, the attacker was detained, and the victim was taken to the hospital. The pistol was seized, along with the ammunition. A criminal case on the assault has been launched.
