The Embassy of Azerbaijan to Russia hosted the presentation of Ulyanovsk region.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Ulyanovsk province of Russia and Azerbaijani businessmen. The Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu said relations between Azerbaijan and Russia's Ulyanovsk region are based on friendly and high-level business ties.
Ulyanovsk is the only Russia's city where monuments to the outstanding personalities of Azerbaijan – National Leader Heydar Aliyev and statesman Nariman Narimanov were erected, the Ambassador said.
The event was attended by First Deputy Chairman of Ulyanovsk region’s Government Aleksander Yakunin, Deputy Chairman of Ulyanovsk region Vildan Zinnurovich, Director General of Corporation of Development of Ulyanovsk region OJSC Dmitriy Ryabov and others.
