The Azerbaijani Consulate General hosted a ceremony of official congratulations on behalf of the leadership of the Los Angeles County.
The official presented a letter of commendation to Azerbaijani Council Elin Suleymanov. The Los Angeles County's leadership noted National Leader Heydar Aliyev's contribution to establishment of an independent Azerbaijan.
The consulate also received congratulations from the leadership of California's Orange County in connection with 87th anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
