A referee got beaten up following the match between Tovuz’s Turan FC and Aghdam’s Karabakh FC (0:1) in the 15th round of the Azerbaijan championship. Azerisport.com reports that a referee brigade led by chief arbiter Rauf Jabbarov entered the referees room and then unknowns attacked them. Rauf Jabbarov and Joshgun Hasanov were seriously injured as a result. The incident occurred during a press conference of the coaches.
