On Monday, a chess tournament, devoted to the memory of Mikhail Tal wrapped up in Moscow. At the tournament, Azerbaijan was represented by Shahriyar Mammadyarov, who scored 5,5 points, along with Russian Sergey Karyakin, and Armenian Levon Aronian.

Mammadyarov lost a match on the last tournament day to Israeli Boris Gelfand, played out a draw with Chinese Van Xao. As a result of the finals - Mammadyarov, Aronian and Karyakin devide the 1st place of the tournament.
