“Festival of Women’s Football” will be held in Mingachevir region of Azerbaijan to promote women’s football among girls on October 2. The festival will feature a mini-tournament of women's teams from Mingachevir, Ganja, Imishli and Shaki. The Mingachevir team will take on Ganja at 10:15 and Shaki will take on Imishli at 11:35.
The friendly match between the women's national team of Azerbaijan (U-15) and a team (U-13 boys) from Mingechevir will start at 13:30. The match for third place will start at 15:15. The finals will take place at 16:35. All the matches will take place at the Mingachevir city stadium named after Yashar Mammadzade.
