The Azerbaijani team won the bronze medal in the team competitions of individual gymnasts on the fourth day of the World Championship in Rhythmic Gymnastics at the Olympic Sports Complex in Moscow. Azerbaijani gymnast Samira Mustafayeva opened the competitions by performing with a ball on the fourth day. Her total score was 25.200. Mustafayeva got 101,250 points as a result of four exercises.
Anna Gurbanova performed after her teammate and gained 26,100 in the same exercises. Its overall score after all exercises is 104,900 points.
Finally, the team leader Alia Garayeva confirmed her reputation and performed the exercise with a ball brilliantly. She received 27,625 points. Alia Garayeva gained 109,375 within four days. As a result, Azerbaijani gymnasts together got 265,225 points. It allowed the team to rank third after Russia and Belarus. Ukrainian gymnasts ranked fourth.
