Azerbaijan have claimed two bronze medals the world judo championship in Tokyo, Japan.
Elkhan Mammadov secured the title in the men's 90 kg weight category thanks to a victory over Ukrainian Valentin Grekov. Ramila Yusubova finished third in the women's 63 kg class after defeating Dutch Anicka van Emden.
Another Azeri fighter Elnur Mammadli ranked 5th, while Elmar Gasimov finished 7th. Azerbaijan ranked 17th among 111 countries.
