Azerbaijani chess players will vie for medals at the 15th Khazar Cup to be held in Rasht, Iran, on January 20-28, Azertac reported.

The country`s hopes will be pinned on Gadir Huseynov and Ulvi Bajarani.

The Swiss-system tournament will bring together 88 players from 13 countries.
