President of the International Paralympic Committee Sir Philip Craven will arrive in Baku on February 7 to attend an event marking the 20th anniversary of the National Paralympic Committee of Azerbaijan.

During the four-day visit he will also hold a number of official meetings, AzerTac state news agency reported.
