Azerbaijani kickboxer Eduard Mammadov at 60kg has clinched his 20th world title with victory in the WKA World Championship held in Carrara, Italy,AzerTag state news agency reported.

Eduard Mammadov defeated Brazilian, Spaniard and Ukrainian rivals.
