Azerbaijan`s Gudrat Ismayilov has earned a FIDE title at the FIDE Arbiters` Seminar in Suzdal, Russia.
A total of 10 national referees from Russia and Azerbaijan participated in the seminar, with five of them taking exam for a FIDE qualification.
