The International Weightlifting Federation IWF will hold its Congress for the Modification of the Constitution, Technical and Competition Rules on 12-13 December 2012, in Azerbaijan`s capital.
The decision was taken at the IWF executive Board`s meeting in Antigua, Guatemala, this May. According to the Weightlifting Federation of Azerbaijan, the congress will bring together about 200 representatives from 100 countries.
