“The list of candidate countries for the European Football Championship for 2020 to be known on June 30,” Minister of the Youth and Sports Azad Rahimov said.
He said currently candidacy of Turkey, joint candidacy of Azerbaijan and Georgia, Scotland, Wales and Ireland has been nominated: “It is expected that Bulgaria and Romania will also nominate their candidacy. Admission of the candidates will be stopped on June 30.”
