The international youth tournament boxing in memory Nikolai Pavlukov ended in Anapa (Russia). According to the news service for the Boxing Federation of Azerbaijan, our sportsmen won one gold, one silver and one bronze award.
European championship among youth Rauf Rahimov who showed in the weight category below 81 kg rose to the highest stage of the honor pedestal. He beat Kazakh boxer Denislam Abdeshev in the final. Orkhan Mailly (75 kg) finished second and Jeyhun Ibrahimli (49 kg) finished third. Among teams Azerbaijan finished fifth among 12 countries. The Russian team has won.
