The 28th International Open of Cappelle la Grande chess tournament has today started in France. Azerbaijani chess players Azar Mirzayev, Vugar Rasulov and Vasif Durarbayli will compete in the tournament which brings together 90 grandmasters. The Swiss system tournament with a 3000 euros Prize Fund will feature nine rounds.
