AFFA Youth Football Department Director Elchin Mammadov appointed an UEFA Venue Director of the match «Rubin» (Russia) – «Olimpiakos» (Greece) holding on 14 February at Luzhniki stadium in Moscow in frame of UEFA Europe League 1/16 Finals.
