"Proposals are being gathered for the preparation of the State Program "Azerbaijani youth in 2011-2015". I can say that there will be much new in this program," Minister of Youth and Sport Azad Rahimov told journalists.
Minister said the proposal on establishment of Azerbaijani Youth Center and Youth Foundation can be regarded as progressive.
"We believe that the proposals on establishment of the abovementioned bodies will be included into the program. For example, the main aim of the Youth Foundation is the financing of the NGOs functioning in this field," he said.
Azad Rahimov said the program also covers solution of the social problems of the youth.
“As regards the housing of the young people, I can say that there is social mortgage in the country. Of course, we would like this social mortgage to be broader and more concessional,” he said.
