The Azerbaijani government adopted a number of legal acts related to the approval of the law "Struggle against the virus of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome".
The following documents were approved "The rules for persons infected with human immunodeficiency virus by contraceptives," "List of jobs and occupations where the people infected with human immunodeficiency virus can not work," "The volume of medical care to the people with human immunodeficiency virus at the government expense," "Rules on the food of children under one year, born with human immunodeficiency virus"," Prevention of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome to reduce his level, the Cabinet of Ministers said.
The rules say that the infection is revealed, the medical staff will inform the person about the transmission of the virus, including sexually. Moreover, the patient must observe the rules of the non-proliferation of the virus. The person will be informed of the fact that he is criminally responsible for a threat of infecting other people. The medical staff explains the importance of using contraceptives.
