President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an Executive Order on awarding Vitaly Ignatenko with the "Dostlug" (Friendship) Order, the official website of the Azerbaijani President reported.
The General Director of ITAR-TASS has been awarded with this high Order of Azerbaijan for special merits in strengthening of cooperation and mutual relations between the Azerbaijan Republic and the Russian Federation in the field of information.
