An explosion has occurred in a house in Garadagh district of Baku.
An explosion occurred in a house in Sahil settlement owned by 41-year-old Elman Shikhaliyev on November 7. Shikhaliyev, his spouse and two children were hospitalized with burns as a result. Shikhaliyev died in the hospital last night. The other members of the family are in critical condition.
