An armed incident took place in Naftalan town of Azerbaijan, prosecutor’s office of Goranboy region said. Internally displaced person Amid Alakbarov, 28, temporarily settled in Naftalan's Shirvan sanatorium, shot dead his neighbor Habil Verdiyev, 32 and wounded Habil's brother Javid.
The incident came after a dispute between them. Police have detained Amid Alakbarov.
