A carriage accommodated by IDP families for 18 years has burned down in a railway station of Barda region of Azerbaijan. The incident took place after nearby transformer broke down as a result of heavy rains, official of Barda Executive Power Yashar Zamanov said. No one was injured as a result of the accident.
