The preparation for the second international mugam festival to be held here next year has been completed, Chairwoman of Azerbaijani Composers' Union, Firengiz Alizade said.
The Union conducts a monthly event “On the eve of the second mugam festival” to this end. The presentation of mugam books, academic conferences and meeting with mugam singers were already organized as well.
