I invite those who call Baku a dirty city to visit it, Christophe Bouvier, Director of UNEP Regional office for Europe, said on June 3.
Saying that Baku is not a dirty city, Bouvier told that the development of this city is obvious. "I have witnessed many measures taken here," he said.
Bouvier said that UNEP prepares a report on environment. "Azerbaijan takes up top places and the development in the country found their reflection in the report," he said. The report will be made publicly available one month later.
