The PACE Committee on Culture, Science and Education has held a debate on the Azerbaijan cultural heritage during the organization`s winter session.
Addressing the meeting, member of the Committee Rafael Huseynov told of the Armenia's aggressive policy against Azerbaijan's cultural heritage.
He noted the Azerbaijan delegation appealed to the PACE leadership over this problem at the previous session. PACE leadership sent a letter to Armenia and Armenian delegation to PACE, calling for an end of this kind of law violation.
Attending Committee's meeting, PACE department chief Roberto Fasino took this issue into consideration while Committee on Rules of Procedure, Immunities and Institutional Affairs started investigation into the case.
