33-year-old Yashar Jafarov, who served in the military unit in Murovdag, died of heart attack on Jan. 4, soldier's brother, a resident of Garadagh region, Vugar Jafarov said.
Jafarov was called up for military service in Oct. 2009.
Yashar Jafarov, who earlier lived Turkey, were drafted for military service voluntarily.
