A hand grenade blasted in the hand of 29-year old man in Baku.
The incident took place at about 08.00 on Dec. 8 in Khatai district of Baku.
Vugar Safarov, who kept the grenade, was seriously wounded and taken to the Central Clinic Center, Khatai district prosecutor’s office said.
The fact is under the investigation.
Doctors said Safarov underwent surgery, but he lost his fingers.
