Bill on 'Science Policy' will be discussed in the fall session of the parliament, Chairman of the Parliament’s Standing Committee for Science and Education Shamsaddin Hajiyev said.
He said the Bill on 'Higher education' may be discussed if there is enough time.
“If these bills are not adopted during this session, they will be surely adopted in the spring session,” he said.
Hajiyev said bills on “General education” and “Preschool education” will also be developed.
“There should be laws covering all spheres of education,” he said.
Hajiyev said it will take two years to completely adopt these laws.
“Education Code will be ready in two years,” he said.
