Helicopter owned by Azerbaijan Airlines crashed over the Azerbaijani section of the Caspian Sea on July 12.

Wreckage of the AZAL Mi-8 helicopter which crashed on Sunday over the Caspian Sea will be pulled out from water on Tuesday, AZAL service chief Maharram Safarli said.
He said the area where the helicopter crashed was identified and rescue ships already arrived at the site.
AZAL official said searches for the two men missing during the crash are going on.

Two individuals injured during a helicopter crash over the Caspian Sea have been discharged from the hospital.
“Four injured were hospitalized roughly at 18:30 yesterday. Two of them have already been discharged,” Huseynov said.
He said the condition of the remaining two is medium grave.
“We do not know when they will be discharged,” Huseynov said.

Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) state concern, SOCAR, Emergency Situations Ministry and Prosecutor General’s Office issued a joint statement which says that helicopter Mi-8 owned by AZAL state concern crashed over the Caspian Sea at roughly 16:30 on July 12.
Three crew members and three workers were on board. State Commission has been launched under the leadership of the administration of State Civil Aviation Administration. Helicopters of relevant agencies are involved with rescue.
The causes of the incident are being investigated. A headquarters has been launched at Azneft production union.
