The Military court of grave crimes is holding a court hearing on the criminal case of two Azerbaijani army soldiers, charged with high treason.
According to Day.Az, the court is presided by judge Rafig Cafarov.
The charged are Shanur Mehdiyev and Tural Khanaliyev.
They are charged under articles 274 (high treason), 338.1 (violation of rules of military duty), 349.2.1. (deliberate termination or repeated damage of military property), 349.2.4 (deliberate damage or termination of military property, committed in the war time or in conditions of battle) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
The hearing is held in private. It is not reported with which countries these military men have been cooperating.
