Azerbaijani Defense Ministry has familiarized with the video tape, fixing the fact of violation in a military hospital, posted in the Internet yesterday, said spokesman for Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry Eldar Sabiroghlu.
He noted that an investigation has been initiated.
"The Ministry is holding a serious investigation on the said fact. If this fact is confirmed, the responsible persons will, certainly, be punished", said Sabiroghlu.
