President Ilham Aliyev sent a letter of greetings to participants of the 13th Congress of Azerbaijani Teachers which started today in Baku.
In his letter, the President said Azerbaijan`s rapid development allowed the country to carry out fruitful reforms in various fields, including education.
"As a result of these reforms", the Head of State said, "the education budget has witnessed a several-fold increase, while schools have been provided world-class equipment and computers…"
President Aliyev also highly praised the Azerbaijani teachers` contribution to developing education in the country.
