Emil Mamedov, son of imprisoned editor-in-chief of Tolshi sado newspaper Novruzali Mamedov, was transferred to Bail investigation facility No 1, said Novruzali Mamedov's defender Ramiz Mamedov.
He said Emil Mamedov suffers from severe mental disorder.
It should be noted that on July 16 of 2008 Emil Mamedov was carried in the unknown direction. It was later revealed that he was arrested by officials of Sabail police station No 9 for drug storing.
It should be reminded that Emil's father Novruzali Mamedov is found guilty under article 274 (high treason) and sentenced to 10 years in prison and the official of the said newspaper E.Guliyev to 6 years under the same article.
