Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has signed an executive order on establishing Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The President’s Press Service told APA that the order had been signed to ensure qualification of highly-educated personnel for the Ministry of Emergency Situations, raising professional skills of officers and scientific research in the field of emergency situations.
In line with the order, the academy is established on the basis of Baku Fire-Technical School of the Ministry of Emergency Situations State Firefighting Service, Institute of Scientific Research and Design-Construction Materials named after Dadashov, Institute of Scientific Research for State Labor Protection and Security Equipment and Teaching-Training Center.
The Cabinet of Ministers is to solve the related issues.
