25-year-old Georgian citizen Ramin Alakbarov wanted by Dmanisi Police has been detained in Baku under article 178 (robbery) of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
Alakbarov was detained as a result of operations held by Baku Main Police Office's crime investigation department and Surakhani Police Station #32, Baku Main Police Office told the APA.
