Chief of Azerbaijani Committee against Torture Elchin Behbudov met with former Health Minister Ali Insanov and editor-in-chief of Gundalik Azerbaijan newspaper Eynulla Fetullayev in Bayil detention place #1, the committee chief told.
He said that Eynulla Fetullayev feels normal and is not dissatisfied with detention conditions. Behbudov said that Ali Insanov wants to be transferred to medical center of Justice Ministry in Boyuk Shor because of his health problems, APA reports. The committee chief said that he will appeal to Justice Minister Fikret Mammadov.
